I am working on modelling a more detailed alley and added working gutters to the old one. Scoring is next... I still do need help though... i am using v0.3 of the wrapper and in the second code example posted by botbuilder I get this error: "function 'toksim_setterrainmesh' function not found" In this bit of code: Function TOK_SetMesh() ;Hand over the terrain data to Tokamak TOKSIM_SetTerrainMesh vertices,ttlvert,triangles,ttltris End Function Should I just download and use version 0.2 of the wrapper? I would really like to get his example of the bowling code working to drop my new alley mesh into. My simple alley mesh with working gutters (well, working for the most part .

change that line to: TOKSIM_SetStaticMesh Just a name change to avoide confusion. nice alley

Hi! This demo is becoming a game! ;D I've made the alley gutters out of tok primitives. And the scoring system is done too (just need to read some bowling rules to know more details). The support for 1-4 players is almost done. I hope tomorrow I can post the new code. See ya!

This is good fun. It's nice to see an example that isn't just slamming objects into each other. erm,... uh,... well,... maybe it is but I think you know what I mean! My only comment is that it all seems very slow,... perhaps a stronger gravity with heavier objects? I recently made an animation using the havok:reactor system in max, and I had to tweak the gravity and mass settings a bit to get the results I wanted,... see an .mpg at the bottom of this page to see what I mean. www.redgreenbob.com/proofs/pongo/main.htmThe render is obviously not realtime, but the motion is straight output out of the physics engine.

anyone have the source of the finished product ?
I would love to play around with it, see what I can do with it, I love bowling, used to bowl on several leagues, also I know this is off topic in this forum, but is anyone working on the documentation for the tokamak wrapper and a beginner to making games with physics using the tokamak system ?
I would like to thank everyone for making tokamak a reality, that is just what blitz needed was a great physics system, now nothing beats blitz...

Is this now closed source... Anyhow, I am still making slow progress... It now has cel-shaded pins and ball. Hope to release this updated version soon. Cheers.

Hi, just out of curiousity, how do you go about finmding the sizing of parts of obects to use for the tokamak simulation? Because I'm setting up a complex futuristic space ship 3d model and can't find where to start. Oh yes, and great job on this!
