I have a skinned model which I want to export as a static model with bones. I then want to load the animation sequence from a series of b3d files with just bones and animation in them.
All works fine except that animating one sequence after another messes things up. For example, if I play the idle anim then play the run anim and then revert to the idle anim, the idle anim is now rotated from how it was originally. It's almost as though the animation sequence is starting from where the model was animated at the end of the previous animation, which is now how it should be, of course.
I noticed in another thread Pudding recommended exporting skinned meshes with sequences without a root node, but this doesn't work at all. It says there's no animation when I do that.
Any ideas?

Make sure you keyframe all the bones on the first frame of your animation. Any bones that don't have a keyframe will keep their pos/rotation/scale from the previous anim.
