I was told of WinBlitz3D as a good userlib for UI, but all links I find are broken... Is there any working link to the download of WinBlitz3D? Or would anyone mind uploading it?

Make sure to also search for Schnok, which is a visual GUI editor for Winblitz3D (that way you won't have to build a form from scratch every time and only by code. You can actually see what you're going to get).
