Well, I thought the other thread was gettin a bit long, so I decided to start a new one. anyway, since I'm not going to be able to develop the RBE for about a week I thought I would release this "as is" version. It has buggy save-load, some other cool features. somehow, I killed the grid so it's invisible, and I'm not sure why :'/ . Anyway, I'll be making the grid out of the new line method soon, so it doesn't matter much. So far, the whole center pivot thing for the rb is a little wierd. To select the pivot, click select anywhere but a geometry. Then, you can use the move controls to move it about. Hold down Ctrl while moving to move it without moving the geometry. you need both all three of these: blitzstuff.250free.com/zips/Externals.zip(42K) blitzstuff.250free.com/zips/tok_RBE.zip (9K) [edit] blitzstuff.250free.com/other/config.dat(22 bytes) doh! forgot to add the config file. if you have had previous versions, it's the same thing. oh yay, I'm getting to like this program and it's not even done yet ;D Your "export to .bb" and "save as" buttons don't seem to work yet, but you probably already know. Also, it could just be my eyes, but I don't think it's displaying .b3d files in the load object menu (it looks good though)... Bye for now.
Oh right, is there a way to delete objects?

Here is a nice ship that I set up with a tokamak rigid body using this program. It will be used in my game that I'm working on. It's not very symetrical right now, and I haven't tested it, but it should work OK with no gravity. I'm going to try making some new functions myself for you, since I've got the source code. But just to suggest, another handy set of tools would be a copy and paste object tool, and a flip and mirror tool. Also - I think I'll definietly try to do this one myself at some point - a thing like in wings 3d would be helpful where pressing the x, y, or z keys will force the camera to look directly down the x, y, or z axis.

nice job on the ship!! I could add the x,y,z thing, but I'm also gonna try to do a four view top/left/front/perspective thingie. And get the grid back in of course Copy paste will be a challenge. Feel free to work on stuff for a few days - I'm working on other stuff for a while. takin a break etc. :[] well, not too long, but eh.

Hello Botbuilder i'm quite new with tokamak so i wanted first to thank you for your tutorials and all efforts you do to help the commmunity then i tried to download the editor but it seems to have a problem with externals.zip, maybe a problem with my browser... i tried downloading in several threads but with no success... any help please again many thanks bye bye saad.

MM. sorry You probably don't want it. It's very buggy and I've stopped development. it sorta works, but probably more confusing than its worth. DillPickle is working on somthing like this(only way way better). Maybe he can release it?

I'll release it when it's done, but for now I suggest that you guys maybe make an editor specifically for rigid bodies, because I'm going to be a while I'll give you a few pointers if you want

Okay, then I've uploaded externals again. Well, I couldn't find the old version of externals so I made another one, and It's somehow 20 KB smaller Hopefully all the necessary code is there, I might have just redone the icons to png or somthing. Keep in mind its buggy and to get it to work right after exporting to bb code you'll probably have to offset all the coordinate values.
